How do I place an order online?
Browse our online store, select your items, choose your preferred size or colour, and click “Add to Cart.” Once you’re ready to checkout, follow the secure payment process and confirm your order. You’ll receive an email confirmation with your order details shortly after.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major debit and credit cards, instant EFT, and mobile payments (including SnapScan and PayFast). All transactions are processed securely to protect your information.
Do you deliver nationwide?
Yes, we deliver across South Africa! Delivery typically takes 2–5 working days depending on your location. For rural or outlying areas, please allow an additional day or two.
How much does delivery cost?
Delivery is free for all orders over R1000 within South Africa. For orders below that amount, a flat delivery fee will be displayed at checkout.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number and a link to follow your parcel’s journey in real-time.
What is your return or exchange policy?
If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange it within 7 days of receiving your order, provided the item is unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging.
To start a return, please email returns@apara.co.za with your order number and reason for return.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
If your order hasn’t been dispatched yet, you can contact our support team immediately at support@apara.co.za to request changes or cancellation. Once shipped, we’ll assist you through our standard return process.
