APARA will allow a return/exchange on an item of merchandise if returned within 14 days from the date of delivery or receipt, anything more than 14 days won’t be refunded or exchanged.

The following conditions have to be met for a refund or exchange to accepted:

  • The proof of purchase is presented on returns.
  • The price ticket is still attached.
  • The item has not been worn or used.
  • The item is in its original condition and packaging.
  • Items sold with promotional gifts are returned together with the gift.
